  3. Title:
  4.     ChiBrow v5.01 is the Retail Version of the ChiBrow Children's Browser.
  5.  
  6. DESCRIPTION:
  7.     ChiBrow is a Parent Controlled Children's Browser that enables parents
  8.     to define and/or control which web sites the child may visit.  Allowable
  9.     web sites are contained in the ChiBrow encrypted safe-site database.  
  10.     Safe-Sites can be added to or deleted by the supervisor (parent) by use
  11.     of the supervisor password.  When the user (child) clicks on a link, the
  12.     browser verifies the link againist the Safe-Site Database and Category
  13.     settings.  If the site is not allowed, the link is ignored.

  15.     Once installed, the Supervisor/Parent can review the ChiBrow Help for
  16.     more information.

  18. REQUIREMENTS:
  19.     1.    Windows95 or Windows98
  20.     2.    MicroSoft Internet Explorer v4.0 (IE4) or higher
  21.     3.    Existing Internet Dial-up account.

  23. INSTALLATION:
  24.     1.    Execute the Tchibrow.exe program.
  25.     2.    Follow the provided prompts and instructions.

  27.     The setup will place a ChiBrow folder in Start-Menu/Programs.  From
  28.     that folder, you'll be able to click the ChiBrow program to launch the
  29.     browser.
